- Delivery Options
We offer the following delivery methods within the UK:

Click & Collect (when available)
- Pick up your order at our nearest collection point.
- Timeframe: 2-4 business days.

- Processing Times
- We process orders from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
- Orders placed by 2 PM will be processed the same day.
- Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.
- Order Tracking
After dispatch, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track the status of your order directly on the carrier's website.
- International Deliveries
Currently, we only offer delivery within the UK. For international shipping, please contact our customer support at contact@avanc.com to check availability.
- Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
- It is the customer's responsibility to provide correct and complete address information at the time of purchase.
- If the address is incorrect or incomplete and the order is not delivered, we may charge additional costs for reshipping.
- Delivery Failures
If delivery cannot be completed due to the recipient's absence or other circumstances:
- The carrier may leave a notice card with instructions for rescheduling or picking up at a collection point.
- Uncollected orders within the stipulated timeframe may be returned to Avanc. In this case, we will contact you to arrange for reshipping, subject to additional delivery charges.
- Damaged or Lost Products
- If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at contact@avanc.com, providing photos of the damage.
- In case of loss, we will investigate with the carrier and take necessary measures to ensure you receive your order or a refund.
- Changes and Cancellations of Delivery
- Changes to the delivery address or method can only be made before the order is dispatched.
